STORY TOOLS

Q What influenced you to go to work at the ministry?

A Years ago, I had a drug problem myself. I had gone to a few different centers and didn’t stay clean. The ministry has been a blessing. I know this is what God called me to do.

Q How does faith play a role in the treatment center?

A We depend on God to provide us with what we need. And so far he has! We believe that God sent the word to heal us. Most ladies are broken, from their addiction, and we teach God’s word so they can heal.

Q What challenges do you face in your job?

A The women are in so much pain. It’s hard to see them miss their family and children. But they have to leave them to get the help they need.

Q Do you have a favorite bible verse?

A Psalm 107:19-20. “Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent forth his word and healed them.”

We know this lady. She is an excellent woman who loves the ministry that God gave her. She has been there and done that and now uses her past mistakes and ministers to others in need. If you want to help others and further the work of the Lord, then this is an excellent place to do just that. We have also met some of the ladies who are in this ministry and they also are a blessing. Never give up. God loves you and you are precious in the Lord's sight.
