Mrs. Joan Phillips is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Stacey Lynn Phillips to James Clark Latham. Stacey is the daughter of the late Wade Phillips. The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Latham of Anderson. He is the grandson of Mrs. Ruth Rush and the late Bill Rush and the late Truman and Geneva Latham. A September 16, 2008 wedding is planned at the Pond House in Starr, SC.
