The Carter and Cox families proudly announce the engagement of their children, Shantell M. Carter and Dameon M. Cox, both of Anderson SC. The bride-elect is the daughter of Ms. Brenda Wilson Carter and Mr. William Carter of Anderson. She is the granddaughter Mr. Otis Wilson of Philadelphia PA. She is a graduate from Voorhees College and Clemson University she is currently employed at Tri-County Technical College. The groom-elect is the son of The Reverend and Mrs. William H. Cox of Anderson, SC. He is a graduate of Anderson University and is currently employed with the United States Postal Service. A September 27, 2008 wedding is planned.
