Jeff Dow, who led the Anderson University Lady Trojans to a 79-16 record over three seasons, is leaving to take over the women's program at Indiana University-Pennsylvania. Dow was named Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year in 2007-08, leading the Lady Trojans to the NCAA East Regional and CCAA regular season title.
