Mr. and Mrs. Michael E. Parris of Anderson, SC announce the engagement of their daughter Catherine Collins Parris to Bradley Ray Wayland Jr. The groom-elect is the son of Sharon and Bradley Ray Wayland of Swansea, SC. An October 4, 2008 wedding at First Baptist Church, Anderson is planned.
